About your Session Fee
There is a non-refundable session fee for studio sessions. If you did not pay your session fee at your session you may and should add it to your cart.
Ordering FAQ
About Editing and Touch Ups
Minor editing including lint, fuzz and blemishes (less than 4 per image) is included in print pricing on all prints 5x7 and larger. Smaller prints-3.5x5, 4x5, and 4x6 are not retouched or edited. They will be printed as shown in your proofing gallery without any additional enhancements. More extensive editing and retouching is available for an additional fee per image on all images 5x7 or larger.
About Cropping
You can select your own cropping. Proofs are usually shown in 5x7 ratios. If your choice is a print size other than a 5x7 you can view and choose a custom crop. Look for the button to custom crop and view! Many times an image may be significantly altered when a different size print is ordered due to variances in cropping ratios.
About Color Choices
Images ordered as "original" will be as presented- whether that be black and white or color. Images that are presented in black and white are not available in color. Images presented in color may be ordered in black and white, black and white with tinting, or in our house sepia, caramel glow.
About Print Pick Up
Orders including custom work such as cards and/or story boards will not be placed until the item is completed and approved by you. Custom work will also affect your turnaround time. Seasonal lab times may also affect your turnaround time.
Prints are typically ready about 2-3 weeks after orders are placed with payment. Holidays and seasonal peak times such as Christmas may delay orders by as much as 2 weeks. Please keep this in mind. You will receive an email letting you know that your prints are ready for pick up. Orders remaining 60 days or longer will be discarded and deposit will be forfeited.
About Copying
Remember, it is illegal and not very nice to print, download or capture for the purposes of reproduction these copyrighted images. Purchased prints also may not be scanned or copied in any way. Pam reserves the right to refuse service if she has sufficient reason to believe her images have been or will be illegally copied.

Proofs have not been fully edited to expedite viewing. please be assured that all ordered images will be completely edited including minor blemishes, lint, etc.
Your proofs will be posted for two weeks only. Please place your order by the expiration date. Your proof gallery will expire at the end of the fourteen days. Late orders receive no credits and/or discounts. There is a $50 fee to re-post the proof gallery with a $200 minimum order. Unordered image files are discarded 30 days following proof expiration.
Please feel free to share your proof gallery with family friends. Others are welcome to order directly from the proof site.
